Many manufacturers would recommend that a new base is bought at the same time as a mattress to ensure you get the optimum usage out of your product. If your base is very old, it may not be able to support your new mattress as it should. This in turn may affect your guarantee if you have any issues with it.

On standard products, not made to order delivery is usually within a few days, if there is any unexpected delay we will inform you straight away. Custom made products like beds and headboards are usually 2-4 weeks, but once the order is placed we will be in touch to discuss your order in more detail to get it just right.

On standard products you can cancel upto he time your item is marked as dispatched. On custom made products you should phone us urgently to cancel before your item goes into production, once an item goes into production it cannot be cancelled.
Nobody wants the unfortunate situation where the furniture you’ve ordered does not fit, where it’s too big for the room or won’t fit through your home’s doorways or entrances. So, when you order your furniture, it’s important to check that it will fit into your house and your room. Please measure all doors, stairways and the chosen space as carefully as possible.

Yes. You will be able to track your delivery with our couriers once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email when your parcel has left our warehouse, and this will include your tracking number so that you are able to follow the progress of your parcel.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items being shipped. We use a reliable but low cost courier here in Spain to offer the best delivery service at the lowest possible price.
Yes. Our parcels are sent by courier who do require the parcel to be signed for. If you will not be available to accept and sign for the delivery, you can leave delivery instructions at the checkout stages. For example, you may request that your parcel is left with a neighbour, or left behind a gate. Our couriers will leave the parcel in a place if they feel that it is safe enough to do so.
You can use your visa/visa debit cards, mastercards and other standard cards on our site. We also use Paypal as our payment processor, via Paypal we accept payment from all major credit and debit cards and PayPal.
Yes; we maintain the highest levels of security. Our site uses high-level SSL encryption technology, all payments are handled via Paypal not us, so we do not store your card or payment details.
Bespoke furniture is generally ready within 2-4 weeks or order. If this lead time will be longer we will be in touch to let you know and you can at that point cancel your order if our lead time is too long. Lead times are only usually longer if there are events out of our control like Covid.
